Primary Cutaneous CD30+ Lymphoproliferative Disorders, Lymphomatoid Papulosis

Lymphomatoid papulosis is part of the spectrum of primary cutaneous CD30+ lymphoproliferative disorders, which also includes cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Lymphomatoid papulosis may show various histopathologic patterns and may mimic different lymphomas. The clinical features and course are essential for final classification. CD30 expression may also occur in other neoplastic and reactive conditions.
