ZusammenfassungZahlreiche neurologische Erkrankungen sind mit Schluckstörungen assoziiert, allen voran der Schlaganfall. Deshalb sind neurogene Dysphagien von großer epidemiologischer Bedeutung. Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Behandlung sind gute Kenntnisse der klinischen Anatomie dieses komplexen sensomotorischen Vorgangs und der wichtigsten Verfahren zur Diagnostik und Therapie neurogener Dysphagien.
