Improvement In Space Charge Behavior Of Cellulose Paper By Coating With AlOx Nanostructure Film
Published 2018 · Materials Science
Abstract The space charge characteristics of insulation paper are crucial under direct current. Thus, improving the space charge behavior of insulation paper is essential. In this study, a nanostructure AlO x film was coated on the surface of insulation paper via RF magnetron sputtering. The space charge distribution was measured using a pulsed electroacoustic instrument. After coating with nanostructure AlO x film, the calculated characteristics showed that space charge accumulation in the samples decreased, and the trap density on the surface of the insulation paper also decreased. Results showed that using the nanostructure AlO x film to improve the space charge performance of insulation paper was feasible and effective.
