Nanogold POxylation: Towards Always-on Fluorescent Lung Cancer Targeting

Gold nanoparticles (GNPs) were POxylated with fluorescent oligomers, synthesized in supercritical CO₂, and conjugated with a laminin fragment. Particle design strongly impacts on probes uptake by the A549 cell line.
