What happens if Citationsy is shut down or something else terrible happens before my subscription is over?
In the unlikely circumstance that Citationsy is closed down (which, to be clear, we do not foresee happening) we will do the right thing and refund any unused time you may have. So if you buy a one-year subscription and we close down six months later (we won’t, this is extremely hypothetical) we will refund you half of what you paid for the full year.
