How do I pause my subscription?
Pausing a subscription is usually useful for users who have long breaks between needing a reference manager. For example, if you are a university student and have 2-3 month summer breaks, you might want to pause your subscription and now pay in the summer months.
If you started a subscription on our website and used a credit card, you are able to pause your subscription. Otherwise, your only option is to cancel and then start a new subscription when need to use Citationsy again.
To pause your Citationsy subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to www.citationsy.com and log in with your existing account.
- Click on the user account icon located on the top right corner of your Citationsy screen.
- Click on “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to “Manage Subscription” and click on it.
- You will then be redirected to Stripe, where you can now cancel or pause your subscription.
