This chapter describes methods of imaging polymer nanoparticles by electron microscopy. Protocols for the preparation of nanoparticles for observations by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and cryo-transmission electron microscopy are proposed. Possible artifacts are shown.
