Some Initial Aquaculture Experiments In Recirculating Water Systems

Abstract First experiences in the management of different recirculating water systems are described after discussion of design and specification of purification plants for intensive fish farming. The problem of nitrate and nitrite concentrations in water is also analyzed. Further investigations directed at the improvement of environmental factors and economic organization of fish recirculating systems are required.
