Time to take this seriously.
Increases in healthcare expenditure will outpace economic growth in many countries. Therefore, healthcare professionals as well as policy makers around the world will inevitably need to give a greater priority to maximizing the mental and physical capacity and the overall quality of life of older people and to ensuring the most cost-efficient methods of nutritional support. Healthcare strategies, including the wider use of multivitamin supplements potentially combined with natural extracts such as Panax ginseng , could help preserve mental and physical vitality and favorably modulate the age-related decline in most organ functions as well as the development and progression of many chronic diseases.
